Hi! I’m Adreanna Burchett the Patient Care Coordinator here at Enhanced, I am 28 years old, I have a wonderful Husband Nathan Burchett and a Stepdaughter Annalyn Burchett who I cherish every day. I am passionate about my career here and the ability to lead you in the right direction to your Aesthetic Journey.
I am a friendly and dedicated receptionist with 10 years of experience. Being in the Beauty and wellness industry has me very passionate about creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from Check-in to Check-Out. I’m Proficient in Scheduling, Customer Service and Maintaining a clean and Organized reception area. Prepping Patients, I am eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to a team that values client satisfaction and professional excellence.

Shawna Marcum
Hi! I’m Shawna , an LPN with 25 years of nursing experience and a passion for, aesthetic medicine, patient care, and wellness. I joined the Enhanced Beauty Medical Spa team to help our clients feel confident, empowered, and supported through every step of their aesthetic journey.
With specialized training in Neurotoxins (Botox), Dermal Fillers, Laser resurfacing, TMJ relief , Medical weight loss support, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Skinvive and Medical grade Skincare. I take pride in delivering safe, personalized care for each client’s unique needs and goals.
My background in science and facial anatomy has given me the knowledge and understanding of how muscles, bone structure and dermal layers, work together in the natural aging process so I can help each patient achieve their desired outcome, whether that’s achieving a more youthful appearance, to correcting asymmetry, or restoring volume loss.
At Enhanced Beauty, my goal is to help you feel your best both inside and out by combining skill, compassion, and science-based care to each client. I look forward to working with you on setting goals and finding a treatment plan that works within every budget, based on your desired outcome.

Bon W. Scott
Bon W. Scott is an accomplished Licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience. He specializes in a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hemp-Infused Massage, Prenatal, Hot Stone Therapy, and Neuromuscular Massage. Bon completed his training at the Kentucky Academy of Medical Massage and earned his licensure in 2015.
Legally blind since birth, Bon has never allowed his visual impairment to define his limitations. Instead, it has sharpened his intuitive touch and enhanced his ability to connect with clients on a deeper level—providing therapeutic care that extends beyond the physical. His compassionate approach and natural skill have earned him a reputation as one of the most respected and in-demand massage therapists in the Tri-State area.
Bon’s career has taken him across both Ohio and Kentucky, where he has worked in a variety of chiropractic and rehabilitative settings. His dedication to excellence and client education was recognized when he was named Best Massage Therapist in the Tri-State by the Ironton Tribune.
He currently lives in Quincy, KY with his wife, Erika, and their five sons. Outside of his practice, Bon enjoys fitness, family adventures, and is currently working on his first book with hopes of becoming a published author. He’s also pursuing an ambitious goal of joining the 1500-lb weightlifting club. Committed to lifelong learning, Bon regularly attends continuing education courses and massage therapy conferences to stay current in his field.

Natalee Reffitt
Natalee is a patient liaison and receptionist with over 4 months of experience in the aesthetic and wellness industry. She is the warm and welcoming face clients see when they first walk in—known for her friendly approach and ability to make everyone feel at ease.
Natalee is currently a student at Greenup County High School and is on track to graduate in 2027 with an Associate’s Degree in Science. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in occupational therapy.
While Enhanced Beauty Medical Spa is her first official role, Natalee has quickly become an essential part of the team. She has a way of making it seem like you’ve known her for years, instantly putting people at ease. She explains everything as thoroughly as she’s capable, and always makes people feel like they’re in good hands.
Natalee currently lives in Kentucky, with her mom, dad, and brother. She loves animals and is currently on a journey to eat healthier.
